The SAES Ethics Channel is a communication channel for employees, suppliers, agents, business partners and other third parties related to the company, to report possible indications or incidents contrary to the law (criminal or administrative, serious or very serious) or to the actions set out in the SAES Code of Business Conduct.

With this Channel, SAES complies with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.

Communications may be made anonymously, or by identifying oneself, and in either case, the information recorded will be treated as confidential throughout the process of managing the complaint.

This mechanism is also available to receive queries about doubts that may arise in the application of internal company rules and procedures related to Regulatory Compliance.

This Ethical Channel will be managed under strict confidentiality commitment.
